SOMETIMES, WE’RE GUILTY OF ASSUMING TOO MUCH, RIGHT?
We recently realized that we’ve probably wrongly assumed that ALL of you—our valued patients—know Carol as well as we do! That’s probably not the case.
So, We Asked Carol A Few Questions
We asked Carol a few questions to help you get to know her a little better. Those questions are found below—along with her candid answers! Enjoy!
Where are you originally from?
“Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Spent most of my days on the beach in Santa Cruz. “
What made you decide that you wanted to become a Clinical Coordinator?
“ I was looking for a change in the medical field. I worked at a Chiropractic office and switched to the Dental field in 2001. I was interested in why there was such a fear factor in Dentistry…what better way to find out…work with it!”
When you started as a Clinical Coordinator was there something funny that happened? Do you dare tell us that story?
“Knowing nothing about teeth I started out using a drawing of a tooth to understand the anatomy and I used to read the code book to learn as much as I could about teeth!”
What’s your favorite thing to do when you’re not at work?
“Spend quality time with my amazing husband Dwain and all of my beautiful grand babies. “
What do you enjoy most about being a Clinical Coordinator?
“ I love being involved in most everything that goes on in the office. I am the beginning and the end (the alpha and the omega). I get to greet patients on their first visit and see the finished product once all of their treatment needs have been met. I get to watch and be a part of changing lives. “
We hope you’ve enjoyed getting to know Carol a little better. Here at Dental Distinctions we feel really fortunate to have her as a member of our awesome team.
